Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Cosmetic
Tanks, reactors and mixers in AISI 316-L with mirror finish, designed under strict quality and hygiene protocols for pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic environments.

Chemical
Reactors, tanks and pipework made from corrosion-resistant materials, designed to safely withstand aggressive chemical processes.
We manufacture tanks, autoclaves and pressure equipment for processes involving hydrocarbons, solvents and chemical derivatives. We work with materials resistant to chemical corrosion and meet the most demanding leak tightness requirements, verified by helium testing in collaboration with SGS.

Food
Stainless steel equipment with hygienic, easy-to-clean finishes compliant with food regulations, for process lines and storage.
Our autoclaves and pressure equipment are integrated into manufacturing lines for cosmetic and food products, where internal finishes, total leak tightness and compliance with tolerances are as demanding as in any heavy industrial environment.

Structures and pipework for power generation and distribution plants, built to withstand demanding operating conditions.
From components for hydroelectric plants to large-scale photovoltaic structures. We have carried out projects such as the 10,000 m² structural pergola for the photovoltaic plant at the Grimaldi Terminal in the Port of Barcelona, combining metal engineering and renewable energy.

Large-scale structures, bases and assemblies for heavy industrial facilities, manufactured with high-capacity machinery and rigorous dimensional control.

Plastics
We carry out complete installations for plastics processing, integrating extruders, injection moulding machines, shredders and dosing units, together with auxiliary systems such as silos, filters, screens, buffer tanks, pipework, valves and blowers.
We design, manufacture and install complete pneumatic conveying systems for plastic injection plants: structural racks, feed and vacuum piping, supports and satellite equipment (blowers, filters, mixers, big-bag stations).

Aerospace
We manufacture structural aluminium components —structures, platforms, handrails and bases— for clients such as Airbus and Bombardier, including installation at plants in Europe and the Americas.
We manufacture equipment for highly demanding heat treatment processes, including Inconel 625 bells for plants producing aeronautical brake discs. A sector where resistance to extreme temperature and dimensional precision are non-negotiable.

Marine
We carry out workshop fabrication and on-board repairs, with the capacity to respond to urgent and highly demanding interventions for the marine sector.
We manufacture structures and components for installations in marine environments: from tubular sections to guide pipelines on the seabed (Papeete, French Polynesia) to underwater inspection ladders for port quays (Port-la-Nouvelle, France). Projects where resistance to saline corrosion and precision are critical.
We collaborate with major port operators in the fabrication and installation of custom metal structures. Among our most notable projects: the cabins for the Grimaldi Terminal in the Port of Barcelona and the award of 70 new cabins for the Port of Rotterdam.

We design and manufacture platforms, stairs, walkways and safe access solutions for complex or hard-to-reach areas, supporting industrial maintenance work, installed by our own installation team.

Handling and Storage
We manufacture transport and lifting equipment —conveyor belts, hydraulic lifts and bucket elevators— for a wide range of industries, to optimise plant logistics.
We manufacture safety barriers for load-lifting areas on mezzanines and structures at different levels, adapted to the geometry of each installation and designed to protect the operator without interfering with warehouse operations.
