At Talleres ECI we have fabricated a stainless steel tank with a 5000-litre capacity, fitted with a mixer, designed and built entirely in our workshop for a client in the cosmetics sector.
The tank is built in AISI 316-L stainless steel, a material especially suited to applications that demand high corrosion resistance and maximum hygiene. Its interior features a mirror finish, which makes cleaning easier and meets the strict quality standards required in the fabrication of cosmetic products.
Agitator and control system
The tank incorporates an agitator designed to ensure a homogeneous mix of the product, together with an electrical control panel that allows the equipment to be operated simply and safely.
It also features an internal cleaning system, which allows the tank to be sanitised between processes without the need for dismantling, optimising production times and ensuring hygienic traceability throughout the process.
Finish, packaging and transport
For transport, the tank was protected with an aluminium cladding with thermal insulation, ensuring it arrived at its destination in perfect condition.
The shipment was carried out via SERTRANS to the client's facilities in Portugal, where the tank was commissioned. One more project that demonstrates our capacity to fabricate bespoke equipment, to high quality standards, ready to operate from day one.
